 Reservation Deposit
Space may be secured upon receipt of $ 300 per person deposit (for tour = 1 & Greek cruises this deposit is non-refundable). Deposits must be received within 7 days of booking. A reservation can be changed provided space is available. (There is a reservation change fee of $ 30 per segment) An entire reservation that is changed is considered a cancellation and will be subject to cancellation fees. Changes that are made after travel documents have been issued are subject to a fee of $ 150 per segment.
Your Contract
All tours in this web site are operated by BLUE VOYAGE, Tours and travel, LLC, 323 Geary Street Suite 401, San Francisco, CA 94102, USA, hereinafter referred to as 'Blue Voyage'. The attention of the tour participant is drawn to the conditions below which constitute the contract between tour participant and Blue Voyage.
Payments
Balance payments should be received 60 days prior to departure. If the reservation is made less than 60 days before departure, a full payment must be made at the time of booking. All prices mentioned in this brochure are in US Dollars on a per person in a double room basis.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and must be made in writing and signed by the tour participant in the event that a tour participant cancels his or her reservation, the following fees will apply. Cancellation fees are agreed to be liquidated damages are not a penalty. Cancellation received in writing by Blue Voyage more than 60 days prior to departure are subject to an administrative fee of $ 100 per person. If your request is received within 60 days, the following fees will apply.

There is no refund for no - shows. Any applicable cancellation fee charge by hotels and carries are the responsibility of the participant.
All arrangements are on inclusive basis, hence no refund can be considered for any absence from the tour for any unused meals or services.
Travel Insurance
We highly recommend that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance before departure.
Not Included in the Tour Rates
International Air Transportation, visa charges, passport expenses, airport departure and / or security taxes and customs fees (US and foreign), any expenses on the US Mainland, any expenses of personal nature including laundry, wines, liquors, all beverages including bottled water, excess baggage charges, insurance of any kind, any extras resulting from ordering food a la carte or through room service, camera fees payable at admission sites, customary tips which are left to your discretion, to your drivers and tour guides and other items not mentioned as being included.
Responsibilities / Consumer Disclosure Notice
Blue Voyage, and / or its agents act only as an agent for the hotels, airlines, bus companies, ship lines, owners or contractors providing accommodations, transportation or other services, receipts and contracts issued by Blue Voyage are subject to any all tariffs, term and conditions under which any accommodations, transportation and any other service what so ever are provided by such hotels, airlines bus companies, railroads, ship lines, or owners or contractors or by any person in their employ. By acceptance of tour membership, receipts, contracts and tickets, the tour member agress that Blue Voyage, and/or its agents assume no liability for any loss, injury or damage to a person, property, or otherwise any connection with any accommodations, transportation, or other service, resulting directly or indirectly from any acts of Nature, dangers incident to the sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, de jure or de facto, wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikers, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or custom regulations, defaults, delays, or cancellations of or changes in itinerary or schedules, or from any causes beyond Blue Voyage's control or for loss damage resulting from insufficient, improperly, issued passports, visas or other documents, and that Blue Voyage and/or its agents assume no liability for any additional expenses, or liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any foreign causes. Blue Voyage is not responsible nor liable for defaults of those persons / companies not directly under control of Blue Voyage. The prices of the tours are based on tariffs and exchange rates in effect at time of printing and subject to adjustment in the evening of any change therein. Blue Voyage reserves the right to subsitute hotels with best available alternatives and make any changes in the itinerary where deemed necessary or caused by airline schedules or other reasons and a refund of unused land tour services is the limit of Blue Voyage's liability. The right is reserved to cancel the tour prior to departure. Land transportation is provided in accordance with the itinerary by the air-conditioned private bus, minibus, or car depending on the itinerary and the size of the group. Any action or proceeding arising out of any dispute with respect to these tours or this agreement shall be settled in the courts of the City and County of San Francisco.
Airline Clause
The airlines concerned and their agents and their affiliates are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time passengers are not on board their aircraft. The passenger ticket, in use by said airlines, when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and the purchaser of these tickets and/or passenger.
Important Notice
Blue Voyage reserves the right to decline, accept or retain any person as a tour passenger should such person's health, mental condition, physical infirmity or general deportment impede the operation of the tour or the rights, welfare or enjoyment of other tour passengers.
